Founded in 2015 by local author Susan Johnson, it is the only locally owned walking-tour company in town — and after a decade it still feels handmade, with guides who tell the city's Wild-West hauntings, true-crime cases and saloon legends like neighbors sharing a secret.
The lineup runs from the flagship Downtown Haunted History Tour to the adults-only “Mountain Town of Madness” true-crime walk, the “Spirits with the Spirits” haunted pub crawl, a Southside Haunted tour and a daytime Mural Art Tour — every one of them on foot, in a walkable downtown, with a guide rather than a recording.
