Know a local business that clears the bar? Put it in front of us. We'll evaluate it against our published criteria and contact the business directly if it's eligible. Nominating is free.

Who should be nominated

Nominate the local operators that make a town feel alive: the guide who knows the streets by heart, the taproom with years of regulars, the shop that residents recommend without thinking, or the service business whose public record shows steady work over time. You do not need to own the business to nominate it. Customers, neighbors, employees, and owners can all put a business in front of us.

A nomination is not an application and it does not guarantee an award. It simply tells us which business to evaluate. We review public signals against the same published criteria used across every market: years in operation, sustained online presence, established customer track record, positive community sentiment, and local recognition. The exact data points stay internal so the bar cannot be gamed.

If the business clears the bar, we contact the operator directly with the result and a private link to complete the application. If it does not clear the bar, we do not publish a negative verdict. The nomination stays useful as a signal for future scans, especially as more cities and categories open.
