Organ Stop Pizza has been a Mesa family-night spectacle since 1972, built around the largest Wurlitzer theater pipe organ in the world. Each evening the organ — 6,000-plus pipes plus xylophones, gongs, and cymbals — rises on a hydraulic lift above a 700-seat dining room while an organist takes requests.
The pizza is casual and the show is the point: a genuinely one-of-a-kind Arizona institution where the music, not the menu, has packed the room for over fifty years.
