Dan & Louis Oyster Bar has served the Pacific Northwest's oysters from Portland's Old Town since Louis Wachsmuth opened it in 1907. Five generations later, the nautical-themed room still ladles oyster stew and pours oysters on the half shell beneath walls crowded with steins, ship models, and a century of maritime bric-a-brac.
