Kramarczuk's has made Eastern European sausage and comfort food in Northeast Minneapolis since Wasyl and Anna Kramarczuk, immigrants from Ukraine, opened in 1954. The cafeteria-line deli plates house-made kielbasa, cabbage rolls, pierogi, and varenyky, with a bakery counter of poppyseed rolls and rye.
